Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package at any time on our Track My Order page. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Lunvera ships from international fulfillment partners. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about applicable fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information for any updates. If the package appears stuck or no tracking updates have appeared within 10 days of shipment, please contact us at LunveraDecor@gmail.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
Lunvera is not responsible for packages delayed due to customs processing, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Incorrect Address
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at LunveraDecor@gmail.com. We can only modify addresses within 12 hours of order placement. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes can be made before shipment.
